Agreed. I don’t care what the actors look like (even though both are good-looking). As far as the characters go, I hated Jacob throughout the books, and a pretty face doesn’t change that. Even if Johnny Depp (like, my dream guy) played Jacob, I’d still be Team Edward. =)

technically alice couldn’t see her coming until she was part of her of edward’s future, so technically, yeah, Jacob saw her first <3
then how did Alice know to get a wedding dress, her size, in the 1910′s to the 1920′s for later. she knew about bella long before jacob.
technically before bella even moved to forks alice seen her coming so yeah
yeah, she had seen her come because she was part of her future, since she made the decision to come to forks and go to fork’s high school, where alice and edward were and would meet her.
I’m team Edward but really Jacob saw her first because they played together when they where kids and if you read part of Midnight Sun u would know that Alice did not see Bella until after Bella came to forks and she got the dress when she knew that Edward was in love with Bella.
SPOILERS! Yeah it’s the last epi til like..January or Feb I think..not to sure. OMG..I wonder who is in that car when it crashes and rolls over. Is it Elena? I do know in the Vampire Diaries books that Elena dies in the first one from a car crash and that she serves off the road and into the river. She then drowns. So maybe it is her in the car..maybe it’s not? Ummmm…soon find out.
*SPOILERS* That’s ridiculous, we know Elena DIDN’T die, yes she may have been in the car, but she will be fine. The only reason they let her die in the book in the car crash was because she had lots and lots of vampire blood in her :]

I have to say that the show seriously strays from the books, but Im so glad they took out the whole vamps dont have sex part! lol
Im guessing that if they keep more to the books then Alaric is more likley to be a slayer than a vampire, it also looks likley that we will get to see a lot more of tylers wolf like tendancys than we did in the books.
Im really hoping that the do the whole Katherine coming back thing, and hopefully keep it closer to the book, though its doubtful it will, lol.
Either way, the show is fab, it needs to be different from the books to keep up the fast pace of the show, if it was to closer to the books I dont think it would be as good.

It could have been a new vampire that they will introduce, but it couldnt have been tyler because he got a ride home with matt and it also couldn’t have been stephan because he was probably still in the house. i dont think it was alaric because he is actually a good guy. he wouldnt be standing in the middle of the road plus he isnt a vampire…..
it would be funny though, if it was damon, because at the end of the episode, they make it all dramatic and she screams and everything, but watch damon pop is head into the car and be like “ohh, its you”. i want that to happen because i heard that in the episode coming out january, elena and damon bond so im pretty sure that if thats tue, then it was damon who she hit with her car. or that it was another vampire and hes about to feed on her but then damon comes to the scene and rescues her.

Oh. My. God! Who was that guy at the end?? I’m seriously hoping that it was Damon… Even though I highly doubt it. This was such a good episode
*Spoilers* I’m re-reading the books since the show has my head spinning and I realized something today. I know why the creator has changed the show so much. Where the books are fantastic and one of my favorite series, they were made in the 1990′s, so obviously the show is modernizing them but ALSO, whoever made the script for the Twilight movie copied the Vampire Diaries book. I’m not saying Stephanie Meyer did it, because she DID NOT, but when she sold her rights over the the movie people they did it. Because in the book when Elena finds out what Stefan is she wants him to feed from her, because she wants to share that experience with him but he says no and goes on to upturning furniture and crushing large pieces of wood, shredding pillow cases, comparing it all to her delicate body. In the Twilight movie, the writes did the same thing with Edward in the woods, making him uproot trees and speed around, so I’m guessing when they started writing the Vampire Diaries script, they didn’t want the comparison made and they changed it a lot, which I 100% understand. Hope that helps you all.

He has a similar ring in comparison to Stefan & Damon, and he somehow knew that Logan was a vampire. I actually think Alaric is the guy who turned Logan into a vamp, aha. Just my hypothesis. ok i dont know who elts has read the vampire diaries but i have noticed way to many things in this sires that are sooooooooo not in the books or things that have been totaly alterd from the books like jermy ok nice guy interesting person but not in the books elana dosnt have a brother just a little younger than her she has a sister that is like 4 god and some of the people from the books have been compleatly writen out and the sequence of events is kinda mixed up so what i can say is this i do soooooo love both the show and the books but there are so many changes you may as well call the show like a parallel univerce to what was in the books (including the short storys) just finished reading the last of the short storys and i must say well worth the read on all counts and cant wait for the next one to come out as for the twilight books defenitly could have handled some more books there though it did draw to a decent close but in the end its just my opinion

I love how people just start talking about New Moon. I saw it and it was amazing. So much better than Twilight.
