Taylor Swift may be appearing on Vampire Diaries!!!

OMG! This would be great! I’m a huge fan of Taylor and her on Vampire Diaries would be awesome!! Although it’s not confirmed yet. Kevin Williamson, the developer of Vampire diaries, recently told New York Post that he really wants to get her on the show,
“My new obsession is getting Taylor Swift! I think she’s gotten too big for ‘Vampire Diaries’ now — I tried to get her on the show once, but she was touring, but I’m desperate to have her come play a vampire. Wouldn’t she make an amazing Kirsten Dunst circa ‘Interview with the Vampire’ type? Oh my god, I can not tell you how hard I’m trying to get her — I would kill to have her on the show!”
What do you think? Would taylor play a good vampire? Or should she be given another role? Or should she stay away from Vampire Diaries all together?

Absolutely! I think she would make an amazing character on the show!! Not that it needs any famous people to be an awesome show, the show itself already makes it AWESOME!!! and I’m hooked…
Umm, no, taylor has been on WAY too many shows and i dont care if she is a good actor or anything, she’s got to stop appearing on so many shows, it doesn’t make the show its own if you bring in all kinds of celebrities that have been on the other shows. it ruins the whole plot and the significants of every character! it’s better to have actors that need to get somewhere and are great actors, that can pull off a great role and we really imagine them as the the character they are supposed to play. its better to have new great actors instead of people trying to take over and do a different profession when they are already succeeding immensely in their origional professions.
I think she would make a great vampire!!! Maybe she would get involved with Damon? Who knows, anything could happen.
no, best would be for her to just be in one episode as a random victim or something…

I don’t know, but… I wouldn’t like Taylor to appear in the serie… she’s a singer, not an actress. I don’t know, but I’m a bit fed up with this kind of guys… Hannah Montana, High School Musical… yeah, I respect everyone who likes them, but, they’re not actors, their singers, and in a really good serie like this I think it would be a bad point.

Ya it would suck if she stole the spotlight from others but sorry to point this out but she has done quite a bit of acting and she has done extremely well in those episodes that she played in. So she may be an amazing singer but she is also a pretty good actress to.

I’m kinda on the both sides. Well, I do think she will make a good vampire (wonder who she is gonna be), BUT I really don’t think she should “act”, as you say she is a “singer”.
she can act really good. i saw her acting on csi its amazing.
I don’t like her, she isn’t sympathic to me, and i think that she wouldn’t play anything in series good.

But just think… There are a lot of actors and actresses that would like to play a character in a show, but because of this kind of people (singers that try to be actors) they lose their possibilties to be in a show. Furthermore, yeah, the serie is not as the book, but… get Taylor in it just for inventing another character… I don’t know, but I think it’s not a good idea, I don’t want another “Anne Rice’s story”, in the books any “Claudia” vampire appears, because L.J Smith story is not Anne Rice’s one.
Yeah, absolutely! I think it would be great to have her as a vampire on the show, being beautiful and all XD But really-no matter who goes on the show I’ll still watch it no matter what, this show is awesome!! Just hope that there could be more episodes release each week-all this waiting is killing me…BUT happy to do so cause this show is worth it XD
I love Taylor Swift but I don’t think she would make a good vampire. Like, the story is missing some people, she could come in and play one of the characters they still haven’t added yet, that would be cool, but I don’t think “vampire” really fits her role. I saw her on CSI too, and her acting is beautiful, but not as a vampire. On the show yes, as a vampire, no.

That where acting comes in, do you really think all the characters in this show are how they are in the series? NO. And the thing about Kanye, while he was making himself look like an ass in front of millions of people, Taylor chose not to lower herself to his level and showed alot of class and not saying anything, and Beyonce backed her up. Karma will bite him in the ass.
But other than that, im a huge fan of taylors song writing abilities, but shes honestly not that great of a singer, though with training she does seem to be getting better, acting wise im not sure but with her look i think she would make a good vamp, maybe for an episode or two then they could kill her off.

I like Taylor Swift, but it would spoil the series if she were on it. She is this close to being overexposed and besides she’s already a big hit as a singer. Celebrities these days aren’t original anymore (they all seem to act, sing, and dance).I’m starting to get annoyed with Taylor being everywhere. Don’t get me wrong….I still like her, but I just feel it would be better if they left her out of vampire diaries.
I personaly not a big fan of taylor. Yes don’t get me wrong she has a great life ahead of her, she already is far in her music and maybe her going on vampire diaries will make her more than what we see. I have seen her appear on CSI and she was amazing
So now playing a vampire would be different but a good different 
I think the CW or who ever is in charge should put her on a eposide see how the reviews and jude to see to keep her on. Which i think could bring the show alot of money.
