   Anxious to see this episode, and find out what the “tragic outcome” is going to be. I just love all of the characters, but it sounds like someone important will be lost.

     have you read the books well in the book kathrine and elana get burnt because elanas all ready a vampire at this point in the book so it proberly kathrine that gets burnt
