Elijah & Elena Together on Vampire Diaries?
Is it possible that everyone is in love with Elena on the Vampire Diaries? The Salvatore brothers have been fighting for her love forever, but it appears there is more competition headed their way. Who could be next to battle for her devotion?
Daniel Gilliis who plays Elijah on the CW hit series recently revealed his character is in love Elena (Nina Dobrev). He continued by saying he hopes Elijah will have the opportunity to express his feelings to her at some point. Cue a fight between Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elijah. Chances are Damon would probably regret resurrecting Elijah if Elena ended up with him.
Gillies added his character is drawn to Elena because of the life she leads. He explained she lives a better life then many who have lived for centuries longer. Elijah would definitely know that. Gillies says he would be okay if Elena and Elijah shared even a moment, but he would of course prefer more.
What are your thoughts? Would Elijah and Elena make a great couple? Who do you think her character has the biggest connection with? Will Stefan ever return to his old self and win back Elena’s heart?

i think it will be better if next episodes show the relationship issues etween Elena and Elijah. i love him very much. he is better then brother salvatores. by the way they are brothers, so it is difficult to choose one of two. however, Elijah is the best choice i think. and it will add some intrigue and color to the serial.
your right this will be realy intrigue because i want elena to end up with someone else other than the salvatore brothers first of all the salvatore brothers are brothers end i think the salvatore brothers should just dump elena and due their lifes in a different place
