But, with Nina Dobrev’s recent magazine shoot and feature, the actress apparently addressed the rumor saying that they haven’t told anyone about the status of their relationship. She said she remembers that interview with Ian and it was probably taken out of context because they were all asked, ‘What do you love about your co-stars?’ Nina defends that they each had to enumerate 10 different things about everyone, only people zeroed in on what they have to say about each other.

Nina, however, says that she gets the fascination and is fine with it. It’s like with her fascination with all things Brangelina.

But her private life is something she really wants to keep private and she works really hard to do that.

In spite of their constant denials, it really doesn’t matter to us fans, isn’t it? Their action speaks louder than words. When these two are together, you can definitely see love in their eyes!

Stefan and Damon are in another conflict with each other over a girl. Stefan punched his brother in the last episode when he learned that he kissed his girlfriend, or ex-girlfriend (It’s not so clear where they are now). In the next few episodes of the series, the brothers Salvatorre are going to try to repair their broken brotherly love, as they also try to deal with the fact that they are in love with the same girl again — Elena.

This isn’t the first time the two have come into such a situation as they both also fell in love with Katherine over centuries ago….will they have learned something from that to apply it to what’s going on right now?

And what about Elena? Moral and centered as she is, will she allow the brothers to fight over her….or will she end up choosing the brother she really loves?

Nathaniel, who is Australian, by the way, has said he’s been receiving comments before the show that he looks pale enough to be a vampire. And snagging the role in this series, he does not know whether to take that as a compliment or not. He was actually asked to put on a self-tanning lotion, because he was too pale, not like his other Vampire brothers.

The actor is set to make his first appearance on the show this coming week, in the episode, “Bringing Out The Dead” which obviously means that the ones in the casket are finally going to be revealed.

There’s also going to be another brother coming in the series, aside from Kol and his name is Finn (played by Caspar Zafer). It looks like the originals have a bigger family than we thought? I remember only seeing three brothers and Rebekah before. Are Kol and Finn older than Klaus and Elijah?

Last week’s episode revelead the Elijah is awake, which makes the fans of the show absolutely thrilled for the fact that he is back. This is like the third time Elijah has been on again and off again. The character, who is played by Daniel Gillies, will be appearing in full on the 13th episode of the season, which incidentally is entitled “Bringing Out The Dead.”

The title hints that whoever those are in the coffin may finally wake up as well. And when that happens, what will Klaus do first knowing that his Original family is nearly complete?

Thing is, however, Stefan’s also prepared for this hugely. He has sought the help of Abby, Bonnie’s mother, while Damon also seeks the help of Elijah.

The episode will mostly feature flashbacks to the time when the Originals still lived as it will once again delve into the family history.

But just to remind you, there will be no Vampire Diaries this coming Thursday. But don’t be too bummed about that because the show will definitely be back the following week, on February 2, with this episode.

But according to the actor who plays Tyler, Michael Trevino, this is is not going to be an easy road for his character. Bill will be going through a lot of list that Tyler needs to get done and the process of his learning how to resist the bond of the sire is a lot stronger. The confrontation with Klaus may also take time to happen.

For Joseph Morgan’s character, Klaus, the actor says that he’s so good at pushing other people’s buttons, he will make it harder for Tyler to break away. He is going to test this bond with Tyler every so often and each time, Tyler will have to meet great difficulty with it.

In addtion to this, Klaus’ attraction for Tyler’s girlfriend, Caroline, is going to make the situation a lot more complicated. And as Morgan has hinted in earlier interviews that his character may end up hooking up with Caroline, Trevino however says there’s enough “triangle” within the show that viewers may not be prepared for another one.

The gorgeous Nina Dobrev is on the February cover of Nylon Magazine. The 23 year old Vampire Diaries star, who has made an impact starring in the Canadian series, Degrassi, also had an interesting interview for the said magazine.

Nina shares that she wants to do more films when possible as this allows her to assume a different character and persona. She would like to one day play the role of a punk, a drug addict or a sweetheart and explore many things about her characters. She admits she gets frustrated when she hears feedback that she’s not edgy enough, or the opposite, she is not simple and plain enough.

She also spoke of her Degrassi co-star Aubrey Graham, whom he describes as sweet. Aubrey has grown up to be a sex symbol and one of the hottest rappers today, known as Drake. She once found herself asking who Drake was when someone asked if she remembers her co-star.

Nina also admits that being in the public eye, her privacy is still very important to her and would love to preserve that as much as possible.

Now, how exactly does an award winning, Vampire Diaries actress celebrate her birthday? Well, I know my first thought would have been clubs, clubs, and more clubs, not this young lady. Dobrev spent the evening with her cast-mates Ian Somerhalder, Zach Roerig, Steven R. McQueen, Joseph Morgan and Candice Accola cooking up a frenzy. They were taught by chefs at Le Cordon Blei College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta to prepare their own delicious foods.

On the menu for the evening was mussels steamed in coconut milk and lemongrass, Thai chicken satay kebabs, and a seared salmon and tuna salad. Dessert of course fitting for any birthday girl was warm chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Dobrev also received a unique birthday cake courtesy of Le Cordon Blue which resembled Elena’s diary from the popular series. It sounds to me like Dobrev had a great birthday!!

Seems reasonable, doesn’t it?!? The couple though, were actually taken to court over their decision as the government felt a little differently. The French government’s argument was they felt the name Damon had satanic ties. Since those reports were released, two of our favourite Vampire Diaries characters have come forward to defend the name.

Unsurprisingly Somerhalder defended the name, tweeting it’s done great things for him. Isn’t that the truth! On and off-screen romance Nina Dobrev also turned to Twitter to support the name. She tweeted about the difference in cultures and referred to names like “Blue Ivy” and “Apple” being a hit here. Two names I wouldn’t choose for my children, but I know many have.

There have been reports released since the original story hit the news circuit that the French couple have been lucky enough to keep the name for their son. What are your thoughts?

Clearly, Meredith is more drawn to Alaric, and it has been established early on that this is where the writers are really going for.

But what is interesting to note is that Meredith doesn’t seem at all scared of the fact that Damon is vampire and can compel her. She says, “She doesn’t fall for the lure that is Damon.”

Meredith doesn’t buy Damon’s coolness and his charms don’t work at all on her.

Damon, by the way, isn’t remotely interested in Meredith, but he is obviously protective of Alaric, whom he now gets along with and considers his friend. His advances towards Meredith will be to figure out if she’s trouble, as Alaric doesn’t necessarily have the best track record when it comes to women he dates. Damon is trying to scope out what can be possibly wrong with Meredith.
